Moscow’s Pixelord delivers a refined, emotive melting pot of sounds that stands alone in the ever evolving world of electronic music. Tough and touching in the same breath, Alexey Devyanin is at the forefront of an everevolving Russian scene that many consider one of most exciting musical developments in recent years. Pixelord sits among a current wealth of producers where sound dominates over genre, mashing elements of Futuristic Bass, Footwork, Garage and Grime together into a unique take on bass music. Over the past year Pixelord has released music for tastemaker labels such as Error Broadcast, Leisure System, Infinite Machine, Hyperboloid, Civil Music, Opal Tapes (Gultskra Artikler side project) to critical acclaim. In 2014 Pixelord performed at the first ever Boiler Room in Russia, toured USA and China. In 2015 collaborated with Marcos Zotes to make soundtrack for videomapping installation in Moscow and releases his first long play record 'Places' on vinyl.
Sep 23 2016 sees the release of his sophomore album “Human.exe” by Hyperboloid Records.
It has a lot of positive feedback and represent a darker side of Pixelord`s music output.
• An unforgiving lesson in live electronic music! (BOILER ROOM)
• Devyanin displays meticulous arrangement skills... He's a producer who doesn't
hear any of the usual limitations and is willing to let his music travel in any
number of directions (PITCHFORK)
• Another ambitious endeavor... a real testament to the unbridled weirdness of the internet and a celebration of the
different characters hidden in its depths (THUMP)
• A producer who’s immersed in the expansive world of internet culture and art which reps a new wave of warehouse,
rave, and techno sound (NEST HQ)
Human.exe will bolster an already solid reputation. Pixelord has enjoyed support from the likes of Pitchfork, Resident Advisor, Thump, FACT, and the Boiler Room. On stage he has played at Berghain, Tallinn's Music Week, and Electric Castle – alongside The Prodigy. At State-X New Forms (Holland) Devyanin performed with James Blake and Dark Star.
Pixelord has remixed everybody from 813, Machinedrum, or Eprom to Herobust and Ryan Hemsworth.
Human.exe VIP is a special collection of live versions from Pixelord's LP and some new tracks related to the album.

Emotional but detached, epic sounds in a huge empty place, where everybody is together alone, just like modern day social feed
"Processed voices, reduced dynamics of the dance music in favour of the new found sound, - the result is intriguing post-dance music". The Village
3017 is our New Year compilation about young and new Russian electronic music scene, friends of Hyperboloid and our new artists, who we might release next year!
Thanks for support through this year, see you in 3017.
Kiev’s Koloah returns to Hyperboloid after 3 years , and he comes prepared. He spent two years working in a studio, producing experimental music under various names, he created the completely new live set, that he presented on Boiler Room’s Future Shift. As an experienced sound producer he worked with many performers plus contributed to a few dance shows. All this influenced Koloah’s sound, making the forthcoming Back On Track EP more eclectic. His music borrows from bass, techno, electro and comes with stellar remixes by Hyperboloid’s Raumskaya and Cadeu.

“Human.exe” is the new LP taken from cyber-futurism experimental electronic artist Alexey Devyanin aka Pixelord slated for release on the 23th September whilst the first single will be dropped on the 5th August via Hyperboloid Records. Pixelord has garnered previous support from the likes of Pitchfork, Resident Advisor, Thump, FACT, Boiler Room, has played at Berghain, Talinn Music Week, Electric Castle alongside The Prodigy, State-X New Forms with James Blake and Dark Star, toured the US and China extensively, remixed everyone from 813, Machinedrum, Eprom, Herobust, Ryan Hemsworth and released music for tastemaker labels such as Error Broadcast, Leisure System, Infinite Machine and Hit & Hope to critical acclaim.
Described by Resident Advisor as chameleonic, due to his diverse range and ability to conjure such unique sounds and characteristics, Moscow’s Pixelord takes things even further with latest LP “Human.exe” delivering soundscapes of a dystopian future echoing otherworldly sounds tailor-made for Chris Cunningham and science fiction cult classic “Blade Runner”. Drawing influence from the likes of Aphex Twin, Mark Pritchard, Clark and LORN, the LP is tough and touching in the same breath using his cyborg ‘Human.exe’ to express his emotions, creating robust rhythms merging elements of bass, IDM and future beats to take you onto a journey through this pixelated and warped sonic dimension.
Alexey explains: “‘Human.exe’ is about a robot who wants to be a human but still he is a program, exe file. The video will be about this particular robot too. My music was always retro futuristic and nostalgic about old computers and systems, this time as well .exe is the reference to my childhood, Idm music, DOS programs and cyber romanticism.”.

BSN Posse is a duo from Spain, who have been successfully polishing & pushing Juke and Bass music for a few years in Europe.
This time they have joined Hyperboloid Records with 'Not Far From The Future' EP, staying true to their sound, but also sticking to Hyperboloid's eclectic mood and mixing different styles to make their own sound, a cocktail of different flavors: a bit of Grime, a bit of Witch House and lots of Juke & Footwork, as it is their trademark. All these genres are intellectually and beautifully mixed into melodic dreamy compositions, resulting in a sound, which sends you on a positive tropical journey to the brighter future.
Turn up this EP, unlock your ears and mind, let BSN Posse take you on an unforgettable musically florissant voyage.
Broken rave, crude cyber club tracks by Fisky make it for the first time to both online
and offline formats - digital and vinyl. Fisky is spending much time online and little to none time in the clubs on the dance floor creating club mutations, he processes, breaks and re-compiles all elements in weird combinations, borrowing from bass and techno. experimental dark electronica and full on rave room bangers.
VR 360 video to accompany this release will extend the experience creating a personal cyber club for everyone, together and alone, in the void of detachment from reality.

The friction between elaborate sounds and allegedly "ignorant" simplicity is implicit in the music of Cadeu, aka Konstantin Kazhev from Petrozavodsk––and now Saint Petersburg. Any civic or existential truths will only arise through doubt and experimentation; actuality is more convoluted that whatever mainstream media would have us believe.
His music is almost etirely devoid of repetitive dance beats, but offers tender melancholy and detachment

Hyperboloid – CYBERGHETTO
Label: Hyperboloid Records
Release Date: 30/11/15
Release type: 12” Vinyl – Digital (all formats)
It’s safe to say that every 10th HYPR release we’re going to see a huge compilation drop from the Hyperboloid camp. HYPR040 delivers 21 tracks of pure bass genius laced with grit and ice cream covered smiles. The self-titled “Cyberghetto” inflicts more than just a handful of artists painting by numbers, but a well-rounded group of individuals asserting their experimental crafts.
Hyperboloid are synonymous with picking out the cream of the Grime/Cyber Club/Bass/Juke & Beat scene and this release see’s some new faces that we’re thrilled to discover. Don’t be fooled the usual suspects are still there dropping what they do best.
From star to finish they create a yo-yo effect with their track placement, giving each track a chance to hit you hard with it’s mood and deliberate attempt to make you feel something.
Overall the album shows that Hyperboloid are still one of the most vibrant and forth thinking underground camps on the scene and that you should be expecting a fruitful onslaught of new beats to come in 2016.

PRE-ORDER 813 BODY RACE EP 12" LIMITED TO 100 copies
Russian superhero 813 joins Hyperboloid team with a new release, consisting of 3 sparkling tracks covered with sugar and marshmallows. First of all, we have to be carried out on a gold Bugatti without a hard top through space, waving a giant candy-flower sword. Immediately after that we will arrange party in jacuzzi with some kind of laser dude in Adventure Time style. Do not hesitate when you want to break the dance floor into pieces.
“Body Race” EP will be released on vinyl and also will contain a secret remix which will be revealed later.
For his debut LP Devyanin comes with an album of groovy bass tracks that are mellow and lush, yet still rhythmically wild. Each track is dedicated to a city that holds a special meaning to the Russian producer, representing a memory of a place that inspired him - like a stop on tour or GPS coordinates of a favorite location.
There's also a personal story behind the name of the album... Before the label's US tour in 2014 Devyanin made himself some Siberian tea (with honey) and went through the list of the cities and venues where he'd been in the last few years. Recalling the places from memories his mind started to hear sounds uniquely associated them with each one: dry and shaky techno rattle of Berlin, drunk and lavish house vibes of Moscow, gaudy and vivid drums of Phuket in Thailand. "That's it" he exclaimed "I'm going to call my first LP album "Places"!" Places will be available on digital and cassette.

The music of Sun People can be categorized as juke or bass, but it has strong oldschool jungle and idm roots, thats how we love it. Also catch amazing remix from Ticklish.
Good news from the future past For Those Who Are Not As Others.
"Holy Heavenh∞d" could be described as trap with no aggressive drops common for big room hits, or witch-house with no gothic dominance. This music is alive and moving, worldwide, at times with oriental overtones, and at times even touching. The way Summer of Haze is pushing the pads of his gear is no stranger to urban poetry.
"Holy Heavenh∞d" можно обозначить как трэп, в котором опущена чрезмерная клубная агрессивность, а можно — как витч-хаус, из которого изъята чрезмерная готичность; так или иначе, музыка это подвижная, живая, глобальная (кое-где появляются и ориентальные мотивы) и местами даже трогательная — есть в том, как Summer of Haze нажимает на кнопки, какая-то урбанистическая поэзия.
Hyperboloid team is very proud to welcome amazing Ba-kuura duo from Atlanta, US to our international family! This EP is something special, perfect summer vibes, that blows your mind and you cannot stop playing it again and again. Ba-kuura take their influence from anime and video games, you can clearly hear it on 'Super Dream_sim'. This is a dream you dont want to end. Artwork created by Pixelord.
For the first time Pixelord releases EP on the very own Hyperboloid records label! A four track Portal EP differs from his earlier works: its dark and meditative, and even has a song which was recorded with Fifi Rong www.fifirong.com
#INTERNETGHETTO #RUSSIA is a manifestation of online culture using the means of yesterday`s technology, the unity and progression. The sound on the vynil record could not be more elusive and constantly developing as on this compilation released by Hyperboloid Records. By going IRL we permanetly install the moment on your hard drive or, in this case, on your record shelf. It is something to touch, turn over and clean from the dust of the real world but it contains the ever evolving sonar and visual experience of young Russia, confined within the borders of the Internet. Remember, when the Internet used to be free? We do and even though the world is even further away from the unity as before, we are united in this thing. Worldwide, but created in the russian internet by the russian internet.
#INTERNETGHETTO #RUSSIA is a product of efforts of already well known producers like Pixelord, 813, DZA, Lapti and upcoming (many of them already happening) like Gillepsy, BWWWOYS, Fisky. This compilation is a two-parter, one comes as a green vynil release, the other part is a cassette with 20 tracks defining the sound of now and the future to come soon enough. This is the project in the making, the first installment.

BWWWOYS are two online addicted ghettoboys from the internet. They met on the internet, never seen each other on person but are making music together. Hyperboloid Records are happy to welcome Seafloor from Brooklyn to their international family, with a 5 track EP. The music truly has no borders with the tracks encompassing everything from juke, nostalgia and something for the hardcore drum'n'bass heads, yet always pushing things forward.
In a world where jungle is massive Seafloor comes with a very current take on rave mutations built around amen breaks, slick synths and subwoofer blowing bass. This EP follows drops for Astro Nautico and Infinite Machine, and he is currently working on music with Praveen (Braille / Sepalcure).
this fresh ep from our new family member EL CHED drops sept 5th. its spanish title "suena a los cielos" would make you think that EL CHED must be...FROM SIBERIA. you guessed it right then. check out this sneak peak mix of his slick and subtle melody driven tracks, that not only will fit nicely to your home music collection but are also capable to do some damage on the dancefloors WITH SUBS!
Chicagoan Chrissy Murderbot, a highly acclaimed juke connoisseur and junglist innovator, is spreading to other continents like crazy in 2013.
Chris is now presenting his All Right EP on Russian label Hyperboloid.
A couple of the new EP's tracks have already gotten some air time: the ominous banger “Alright” combines succulent bassline-wrapped amen breaks with bouncy footwork feel, and “Hornet’s Nest (Call My Name)” is a quasi-r&b popsicle melting in woozy acidic bass with a chopped vocal sample from Prince’s “Gett Off”. The EP also includes the brand new leg-twister “Bay Bay”, in Murderbot’s trademark soulful style. The cherries on top of this juke-o-thon are eclectic remixes from San Diego producers Calculon and Austin Speed and Tuff Wax Recs founder Lockah from Scotland.
With Be Liquid EP we introduce you to a wide range of modern electronic music from Impakt. He has been making music for years, he came from braindance times and took inspiration in the bass scene of these days. You dont wanna miss that eclectic EP! Enjoy.

Moscow's Vikhornov unleashes two excellent pieces of leftfield electronics that are sure to turn some heads this summer. On Implant, the talented producer combines elements of IDM, chillout, fusion, and techno for a two-tracker that recalls the ragged glory of an early Warp release with heavy doses of modern electronics as well. The a-side, "Pinta" offers elements of jazz, glitch, and classic chillout for a truly unique musical vision. That spirit is carried over into the mostly ambient, Reich influenced b-side 'Leo", which picks up an excellent downtempo groove on the back half of the track. Falling somewhere between post rock and post techno Implant is all about exciting sounds and new directions!
“Surrogate” is a debut album of Moscow-based ACID MAFIA. Dry, rough and heavy, focused and simple — it’s not overly produced and that leaves delicate subtleties and twisted dynamics for an inquiring mind to study. There is lots of free space available for the mind to move in and operate about. Intricate harmonic relationships, strange rhythmic patterns and ambiguous movements produce the overall feeling of attachment to chaotic universe. This is not an easy listening but so is smooth jazz — just a matter of cultural context.
Vikhornov’s “Magic Carpet” EP is a bomb packed with Eastern melodies, Squarepusher style base lines, Russian vodka dance muzak, ecstatic fun and weird experimentation.
Here’s what one music fan has had to say: “I especially like the vikhornov – magic carpet disk… It has to be some of the most remarkable music i have heard in a long time. It completely woke me up from a bad dream. “
Yes, it’s remarkable indeed as the guy behind the music is also remarkable – he’s one huge piano virtuoso gone electronics weirdo. Nice and friendly person as well.
So listen up and hear for yourself – this is a new word in popular electronic music that’s full of fun and melodies and it’s from Russia. With love of course.
Russian electronic producer Pixelord will be releasing a new full-length album tomorrow from his Computer Graphics side project. The 13-song Lo-Fi is a magnificent collection of hazy outsider house belters, highlighting the most prominent aspects of our contemporary underground dance scene with both minimal and layered compositions. The second single taken from the record, “Tempo,” is a gloriously meditative piece that twists the traditional sounds of IDM and microhouse to craft a heady, genre-bending epic. With its hypnotic synth loops, frisky percussion, and faint vocal samples, the track is one of the many standouts from Computer Graphics’ sophomore effort.
